Senior Vice President, Advisory and Managed Services
Sean heads up Walker’s Advisory & Managed Services group which helps clients to build, improve & manage their Experience Management (XM) capabilities. This team of seasoned XM professionals delivers strategic XM engagements including Journey Mapping, Program Design, Advanced Analytics, Insight Generation and Action Planning.
Sean has spent 30 years helping companies improve and differentiate their customer experience, working with clients including Akamai, Autodesk, Cisco, Dell, HERE, HP, Intel, Microsoft, Oracle, Samsung and SAP.
Previously, Sean lead one of eight business teams at Walker, focusing on the technology industry. In this role he spearheaded program implementations, conducted readiness assessments, synthesized analyses into actionable recommendations, presented business implications to CXO audiences and facilitated strategic, cross-functional action planning workshops.
An industry veteran, Sean held senior CX consulting roles in the past at Ipsos, Synovate and Kantar. During this time, he delivered hundreds of strategic customer experience engagements across multiple industries.
Achievements and Affiliations
Sean earned his B.A. Honors Degree in Politics from the University of Warwick in England. He is a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) and Experience Management Professionals Network (XMPN). He is both a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) and an Experience Management Professional (XMP).
